Annual Planning Day – February 2024

This year the management committee met at Eugen’s rooms in Carlton for our annual
planning day. Finalising our Vision, Mission and Values statements, now incorporated into
our updated of our website, was our first task. The afternoon session centered on planning
for the future with a focus on strategy and activities going forward. A significant realisation
from the discussion was how much Covid and the associated restrictions had curtailed our
development. Prior to Covid when we had come together on several occasions, the results
had been quite inspirational.
